Refund Eligibility

  • Technical issues preventing software functionality
  • Duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Refund requests within 24 hours of purchase (for daily plans)
  • Refund requests within 48 hours of purchase (for weekly plans)

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used license keys after activation
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the refund period
  • Refund requests made after license expiration

Processing Time

Cancellation
